Lady Of The Manor
Today I joined Tiffany Tempest of Super Duper Wedding Events and her team at the stunning Colquite Estate. Where she aimed to shoot this stunning location and capture its beauty as an up and coming Wedding Venue.
The estate itself set in stunning rural grounds where you will embark upon incredible views and a charming period home. You and your guests can feel right at home in its elegance and grand delights.
We gathered with photographer Emma Griffin, of Griffin Photography, Model Kendall Roydon and Charlotte Lodey of Eve Wedding Designs to discuss the style and look for todays stunning shoot.
Myself and Hair Stylist Simone Knyita Everitt were eager to start this glamourous vintage look with feather head piece accessory from the fantastic Holly Young Headwear.
Simone styled Kendalls long blonde hair into high victory rolls and curled the length. Victory rolls being the most iconic hair style for 1940s.
I took the 1940s Vintage look to the face, with make up inspired by red lips and a doll face complexion.
Choosing Chanel foundation Perfection Lumiere in shade 10 for a flawless base, with a dusting of rose blush on the cheeks. For this I chose MAC blush - Blush All Day. The eyes were kept simple with MAC Bare Study shadow and finished with a classic flick of Bobby Brown Liner. This look was finished with my favourite statement red Chanel's Rouge Allure in Passion.
Model Kendall has as an English rose complexion and striking eyes was a pleasure to work with. Kendall carried the character of a true English lady perfectly.
The full shoot will be released in the Autumn edition of the of Super Duper Wedding Events Magazine. Avaliable in print at the October wedding fayre or online at www.superduperweddingevents.co.uk
